Human Resource Manager

As a Human Resource Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing HR functions for a team of 10+ HR executives. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws and HR policies, overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee relations, and driving employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Provide leadership and strategic guidance to a team of 10 HR executives, ensuring effective execution of HR activities and processes. - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. - Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding. - Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, employment regulations, and organizational policies, keeping abreast of changes in relevant legislation. - Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues while fostering a positive work environment. - Lead the development and implementation of employee performance management systems and training programs. - Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and productivity. - Analyze HR metrics and develop reports to support business decisions and continuous process improvement. - Develop and maintain HR policies, handbooks, and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance. - Spearhead succession planning and talent management programs to meet future workforce needs. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 8+ years of experience in human resource management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. - Experience working with large teams and managing cross-functional collaboration is highly desirable. Additional Details: You will be working in Lucknow and reporting to the Global Business Head.
