Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection.
Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads on hiring decisions.
Organize onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.

2. Employee Relations

Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Promote organizational values and culture.

3. Performance Management

Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
Work with managers to set performance goals and monitor progress.
Support professional development and succession planning.

4. Compliance & Policy Management

Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain and update the employee handbook and HR policies.
Manage investigations and disciplinary actions when needed.

5. Compensation & Benefits

Administer payroll, benefits, and incentive programs.
Benchmark compensation and benefits against industry standards.
Handle annual reviews and employee benefits enrollment.

6. Training & Development

Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external programs.
Encourage continuous learning and career growth initiatives.
