Job Description

Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention. Manage payroll for our employees, including processing payroll, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to payroll. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, including employee handbook, performance management, and compensation and benefits. Analyze HR data and provide reports to management on HR metrics, such as employee turnover, retention, and engagement. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to HR and payroll, including employment laws and regulations.
