Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Holiday Packages Team Leader to lead our team of Holiday Package Consultants. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment and is eager to make a significant impact. As the Team Leader, your main responsibility will be to guide a team of sales representatives focused on selling holiday packages. Your role will involve driving the team to surpass sales targets, maintaining high performance standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. In addition, you will be expected to mentor and develop team members, supervise sales activities, and cultivate a collaborative, high-energy team culture. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals. - Provide continuous training, guidance, and performance feedback to enhance sales techniques and customer service skills. - Develop, implement, and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed team and individual sales targets for holiday packages. - Analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize sales opportunities, and pinpoint areas for improvement. - Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service at all touchpoints, fostering customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business. - Handle escalated customer issues and ensure prompt and professional resolution by the team. - Review and ensure holiday packages are tailored to meet customers" needs, offering the best possible options and experiences. - Stay updated on travel trends in the US, Africa, and Europe, including destinations, accommodation, and activities. Must-Have Qualifications: - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in selling US, Africa, and Europe travel packages. - Demonstrated expertise in managing Indian clients with an emphasis on providing high-quality service. - Strong knowledge of US, Africa, and European travel destinations, packages, and attractions. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and sell travel experiences. - Strong leadership qualities. This is a full-time position with benefits such as a flexible schedule, leave encashment, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during night shifts, and the ability to commute/relocate to Mohali, Punjab is preferred. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for education, and at least 2 years of experience in travel planning is required. The work location is in Mohali, Punjab, and availability for night shifts is preferred.,
