Job Description

Human Resource Manager

Key Responsibilities

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for sales, marketing, backend, and support roles.
Design and implement
HR policies
, SOPs, and compliance processes.
Manage
employee onboarding
, induction, and exit formalities.
Coordinate
performance management
, appraisals, and employee feedback cycles.
Drive
employee engagement activities
and maintain a positive workplace culture.
Monitor
attendance, leave management
, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure
statutory compliance
: PF, ESI, labor laws, etc.
Act as a bridge between management and employees for smooth communication.
Support senior management with
HR data and reporting
.

Key Skills & Requirements

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2–3 years of HR experience;
Real Estate sector preferred
.
Sound knowledge of
HRMS tools
, Excel, and Google Workspace.
Strong understanding of
labor laws
and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information.
