Role & responsibilities 1. Site Execution & Supervision Execute and monitor civil works using Mivan shuttering system as per approved drawings and project schedule. Supervise shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and de-shuttering activities. Ensure dimensional accuracy, alignment, and surface finish of Mivan works. 2. Planning & Coordination Prepare daily/weekly work plans in coordination with project team. Coordinate with planning, QA/QC, safety, and subcontractor teams. Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials. 3. Quality Assurance & Control Monitor concrete mix quality, curing, and finishing. Inspect shuttering panels, alignment, and joint sealing to prevent leakages. Ensure adherence to IS codes, company quality standards, and client specifications. 4. Safety & Compliance Implement site safety measures during Mivan operations (lifting, placing, striking). Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with safety protocols. 5. Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily progress reports, pour cycle records, and site inspection checklists. Report deviations, delays, and technical issues to project management. Assist in preparation of bar bending schedules, material reconciliation, and DPRs. Preferred candidate profile Required Qualifications & Skills B.E. Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering. 35 years of site experience in Mivan shuttering works (high-rise/residential/commercial). Strong knowledge of Mivan formwork systems, RCC structures, and construction methods. Familiar with project management tools, AutoCAD, MS Office and ERP. Ability to read and interpret structural drawings
