Human Resource Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Human Resource Manager who will play a key role in managing HR operations, fostering a positive work environment, and aligning HR practices with business goals. The ideal candidate should be experienced in payroll, grievance handling, conflict management, recruitment, and all-round HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Management:

  Accurately process payroll, manage salary disbursements, deductions, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).

• Employee Relations:

  Address grievances promptly, manage conflicts with professionalism, and promote healthy workplace culture.

• Recruitment & Staffing:

  Handle full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and induction.

• HR Operations:

  Maintain and update employee records, manage HR policies, coordinate training programs, and ensure smooth day-to-day HR functioning.

• Compliance:

  Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.

• Performance Management:

  Support managers in conducting performance reviews and implementing appraisal systems.

• Engagement Activities:

  Plan and execute employee engagement programs to improve morale and retention.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
• 2–5 years of proven experience in HR roles.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll processing, grievance handling, and recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
