Job Description

As the HR Manager at our organization, you will be responsible for various key areas to ensure the smooth functioning of our team and to align with our company's mission and values. Your main responsibilities will include recruitment & onboarding, employee engagement & retention, HR operations & compliance, performance management, and strategic HR initiatives for small team growth. In terms of recruitment & onboarding, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within the company such as faculty, video editors, operations, and support roles. This will involve drafting job descriptions, posting openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. You will also be coordinating with department heads to facilitate the acquisition of the right talent for the organization. Employee engagement & retention will be another crucial aspect of your role. You will be tasked with building a positive work culture that resonates with the values of our organization. This will involve planning team-building activities, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives. Additionally, you will handle employee grievances and maintain open channels of communication within the team. In terms of HR operations & compliance, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records, managing leave systems, and developing/enforcing HR policies and a code of conduct that aligns with company standards. Performance management will also fall under your purview, where you will assist in setting up Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conducting regular performance reviews, tracking team performance, providing feedback to team leads, and recommending training sessions to enhance employee skills, especially in the EdTech and NEET domain. Furthermore, you will be involved in strategic HR initiatives aimed at the growth of our small team. This will include suggesting process improvements for HR and team efficiency, supporting team scaling from 20 to 50+ employees, and contributing ideas for organizational growth and enhancing employee satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. A Master's degree is required for this role, along with at least 2 years of experience in human resources management. Proficiency in English is also a requirement for this position, and the work location is in person.,
