Job Description

We are looking for a HR manager with 5+ years’ HR management experience, in hospitality industry. Applicants without prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Attract, recruit, and onboard talent across all hotel departments. Design and deliver ongoing training programs that support both our guests’ experience and employees’ growth. Foster positive employee relations, manage conflict resolution, and promote a culture of respect and collaboration. Administer compensation, benefits, and employee wellness programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies. Maintain employee records and performance appraisal processes.
