Job Description

Senior Manager HR Operations

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage complete HR operations: onboarding, confirmations, exits, and documentation.
Handle monthly payroll processing using
Zoho Payroll
.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
Maintain employee data and HRMIS in
Zoho People
.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and engagement initiatives.
Manage probation reviews, appraisals, and HR reports.
Support business heads with manpower planning and HR support.
Lead and manage the HR operations team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR.
9+ years of HR Operations experience.
Mandatory:
Hands-on experience in
Zoho People & Zoho Payroll
.
Strong knowledge of payroll and labor laws.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Only immediate joiners will be considered.
