Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • HR Operations

  • Oversee daily HR processes and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Manage payroll through our payroll agency, ensuring accurate calculations and timely disbursement.
  • Handle performance management cycles and related documentation.
  • Recruitment

  • Lead and manage end-to-end hiring across functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and attract top talent.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer processes.
  • Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
  • Act as the go-to HR contact for employee queries and grievance resolution.
  • Support culture-building activities to enhance retention and morale.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5-8 years

    of experience in HR operations, payroll, recruitment, and engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, compliance, and performance management systems.
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with high ownership and attention to detail.
