Prior experience in Automotive Switches Manufacturing is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with Injection Molding, SMT Processes, and Semi-Automatic Assembly Lines. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all plant operations including Assembly, Injection Molding, and SMT processes. Maintain high standards of product quality and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer specifications. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence across teams. Implement and track KPIs for production, quality, downtime, yield, and delivery. Ensure timely and cost-effective production aligned with OEM delivery schedules. Plan manpower and optimize workforce deployment in coordination with HR. Coordinate closely with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering functions to resolve bottlenecks. Lead and develop a team of supervisors and operators; manage performance and skill development. Support implementation of Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and other improvement methodologies. Utilize ERP/SAP systems for production planning, reporting, and material traceability. Support strategic operational planning in alignment with company growth targets. Impact / Success Metrics: Improvement in plant and line efficiencies.
