Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  
• Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure efficient execution of all HR functions.
  
• Partner with senior management to drive people-centric initiatives.
  

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for all departments.
  
• Manage manpower planning, budgeting, and headcount forecasting.
  
• Build employer branding strategies and talent pipelines.
  

Performance Management

• Drive annual performance appraisal and goal-setting processes.
  
• Facilitate feedback discussions and ensure consistency in evaluation.
  
• Identify high-potential employees for succession planning.
  

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Foster a positive and transparent work environment.
  
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  
• Design and implement engagement programs to boost morale and retention.
  

HR Operations & Compliance

• Supervise payroll, attendance, and leave management.
  
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.) and handle labour audits.
  
• Maintain HR records, policies, and MIS reports.
  

Training & Development

• Assess training needs and organize learning programs.
  
• Promote career growth, leadership development, and skill-building initiatives.

• In-depth knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and best practices.
  
• Hands-on experience with HRMS systems and MS Office tools.
