Role Overview:

This is a strategic yet hands-on HR leadership role, responsible for managing the end-to-end HR function — including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, learning, compliance, and culture development. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strong pedigree, practical problem-solving, and the ability to operate seamlessly in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setup.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across all group entities.

- Drive talent strategy — hiring, onboarding, and retention of top talent.

- Design and implement HR policies, frameworks, and processes aligned with business goals.

- Oversee performance management, capability development, and succession planning.

- Build a strong employer brand and foster a high-performance, value-driven culture.

- Manage compensation & benefits, HR analytics, and reporting.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulatory requirements.

- Partner closely with leadership to support business expansion and organizational growth.

- Lead change management initiatives and strengthen people experience across the group.

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in HR / MBA (from a reputed institute preferred).

- 7–10 years of experience in managing full-spectrum HR functions, ideally in startup, D2C, or diversified business setups.

- Proven ability to build HR processes from scratch and scale them.

- Strong business acumen, problem-solving mindset, and data-driven approach.

- Excellent communication, adaptability, and stakeholder management skills.

- Someone who is smart, agile, and comfortable handling both strategy and ground-level execution.
