Role Overview We are seeking a Manager- Finance to strengthen our team, preparing, analyzing, and distributing financial information to various stakeholders . This includes creating financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insights to support decision-making. This role demands a high degree of ownership, strategic thinking, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Preparing Financial Statements: Generating income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other reports that accurately reflect a company's financial position. Ensuring Compliance: Adhering to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Analyzing Financial Data: Identifying trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial health and performance. Providing Insights: Communicating financial information to management, investors, and other stakeholders to support strategic planning and decision-making. Supporting Audits: Collaborating with internal and external auditors during financial audits and reviews. Maintaining Controls: Implementing and maintaining internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting. Assisting with Budgeting and Forecasting: Contributing to the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing financial data and analysis. Location : Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon Qualification - Chartered Accountant Experience - 2-5 years
