Description
Job Title: Performance Marketer(AMS) (Bellavita) Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns (especially Amazon Sponsored Ads) to maximize ROAS and visibility. Manage and monitor AMS dashboards, performance metrics, and keyword reports to refine strategies. Collaborate with the content, catalog, and marketing teams to create effective ad copies and A+ content that drive conversions. Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, placements, and bidding strategies. Work across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and others to ensure optimal performance of paid campaigns. Monitor daily spends, budget pacing, and performance KPIs to ensure profitability. Share weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Stay updated on platform changes, ad formats, and D2C e-commerce trends to maintain a competitive edge. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience managing ad campaigns on Amazon or other e- commerce platforms. Prior experience working with D2C brands is mandatory. Strong understanding of marketplace ad platforms, e-commerce funnels, and digital consumer behavior. Proficient in using tools like Amazon Seller Central, Ad Console, Flipkart Ads, etc. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and Excel skills.
