Role & responsibilities

A) HR processes:

Design Effective Onboarding and Training Programs
Background verification
Strategic Talent Management
Confirmation & Performance Appraisal
ISO Internal & External Audits
HRMS Management
Proficient in Employee Engagement
Employee Communication
Employee Separation
HR Interviews
Competency Assessment & Resource Evaluation.
Develop Employee Retention Strategies
Streamline Event Planning and Scheduling
Ensure Compliance With Rules and Regulations
Setting an Ideal Work Culture
Handle Disciplinary Actions
Team Management.
Process Automation

B) Exposure to HRMS Setup & Configuration would be preferred

C) MIS reporting to Management: Keep management updated on key HR Matrices like

Attrition rate
Appraisal Stats
Active & Resigned resource list

Preferred candidate profile

Required experience level: 9 yrs to 15 yrs.
Should have completed the masters in HR.
Person should work full time from office in 12:30PM to 09:30PM shift.
Should have worked in IT industry.
