Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to helping with interview coordination and candidate selection.
  • Help maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Support the performance management process, including assisting with employee reviews and evaluations.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating training and development programs for employees.
  • Provide support to employees by addressing HR-related questions and concerns.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and team-building events.
  • Assist with conducting exit interviews to gather feedback and contribute to improving retention strategies.
  • Support the development of organizational culture and company values.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in conducting interviews and assessments.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation planning.
