Role Responsibilities Manage day-to-day client interactions and provide exceptional customer service. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations. Assist in the development and execution of client account plans. Monitor account performance and prepare regular status reports for clients. Address client inquiries and resolve any issues effectively and efficiently. Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services. Conduct market research to stay current with industry trends and changes. Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate project updates. Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with client needs. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and project progress. Support contract negotiations with clients in collaboration with management. Attend industry events to represent the company and develop new business contacts. Provide feedback to management regarding client concerns and suggestions for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 0 - 2 experience in client account management or a similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Understanding of marketing principles and strategies. Negotiation skills with a focus on win-win outcomes. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills to address and resolve client challenges. Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events. Familiarity with digital marketing trends is a plus. Client-focused attitude with a passion for achieving results. Ability to present ideas and updates clearly to clients.
