Human Resource Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen Resumes: Review applications and conduct initial screenings to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Coordinate Interviews: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring effective communication throughout the process.
• Maintain Recruitment Database: Update and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records of candidates.
