Human Resource Intern

Role & responsibilities 1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Assisting in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates. Coordinating and scheduling interviews. Conducting initial HR rounds (telephonic or face-to-face). Following up with candidates during different hiring stages. Updating candidate databases and maintaining recruitment trackers. 2. Onboarding and Induction Assisting with employee onboarding formalities. Preparing induction materials and coordinating induction sessions. Ensuring documentation is complete (offer letters, ID proofs, etc.). 3. HR Operations Maintaining employee records in HRMS or Excel. Assisting in generating offer letters, appointment letters, etc. Supporting attendance and leave management activities. Helping with the documentation and compliance of HR policies. 4. Learning and Development Coordinating internal/external training sessions. Collecting feedback from employees on training programs. Helping maintain training calendars and reports. 5. Employee Engagement Assisting in planning and executing engagement activities like birthday celebrations, contests, surveys, etc. Collecting feedback from employees to improve workplace culture. 6. Compliance & Documentation Assisting in maintaining statutory compliance-related documents. Supporting audits and internal checks by providing necessary documents. 7. Reporting and Analytics Preparing reports related to attrition, hiring status, employee satisfaction, etc. Using Excel or HRIS tools to compile and analyze data. 8. Support in HR Projects Assisting in HR digital transformation, process improvement, or employee satisfaction initiatives. Researching HR best practices for new policies or tools.
