• Assist in designing and updating job descriptions based on client requirements • • Source candidates through online platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals • • Draft engaging recruiting emails to attract passive talent • • Screen incoming resumes and application forms for relevance and quality • • Conduct initial candidate interviews (via phone, video, or in-person) • • Post job openings across the company website, job boards, and social media platforms • • Prepare and share shortlists of qualified candidates with hiring managers • • Draft offer letters and address candidate queries regarding compensation and benefits • • Track and report on HR metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and sourcing effectiveness • • Maintain and update employee records and applicant tracking systems • • Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders • • Support the recruitment team in day-to-day activities and hiring drives
