ABOUT SADBHAV FUTURETECH LIMITED:Company Size -

  1. Payroll Management:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time in coordination with the finance department.
  • Ensure timely submission of payroll inputs like attendance, leaves, overtime, and incentives.
  • Maintain payroll records, resolve discrepancies, and handle employee salary queries.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.).

    2. Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments.
  • Conduct employee induction and documentation.

    3. Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely manner.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive work culture.

    4. HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Maintain and update employee data in HRIS and physical records.
  • Ensure compliance with all labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Support internal and external HR audits.

    5. Performance Management:

  • Assist in the goal-setting and appraisal process.
  • Track performance metrics and support the development of improvement plans.

    6. Training & Development:

  • Coordinate training programs as per business and individual development needs.
  • Maintain training records and feedback for continuous improvement.

    DESIRED PROFILE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • 8-15 years of relevant experience, with strong exposure to

    payroll processing and compliance

    .
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll systems and statutory payroll regulations in India.
  • Familiarity with HR software/HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in infrastructure, construction, or engineering industry is a plus.
