Job Description

End-to-end internal HR operations leadership.
Employee lifecycle and workforce governance. Employee experience, engagement and culture building. Attendance, payroll input accuracy and HR data management. People advisory and issue resolution.

Required Candidate profile

Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle management and Indian labour laws.Comfortable and confident use of HRMS platforms and the MS Office suite for day-to-day HR work and reporting.
