Reporting To: Chief of Staff


Role Overview:


The Human Resource Executive will support the organization’s talent and culture goals by managing recruitment, employee engagement, performance reviews, and HR operations. The role demands strong people skills, an understanding of creative work environments, and the ability to manage both corporate and production teams within a fast-paced fashion brand.




Key Responsibilities:


1. Recruitment & Onboarding


Manage end-to-end recruitment for design, production, retail, marketing, and styling teams.

Coordinate with department heads to understand role requirements.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and fashion school tie-ups.

Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews.

Organize smooth onboarding and induction programs for new hires.



2. Employee Relations & Engagement


Build a positive, inclusive, and creative work culture.

Plan engagement activities, birthday/holiday events, and recognition programs.

Address employee grievances professionally and confidentially.

Support performance feedback and appraisal discussions.



3. HR Operations & Compliance


Maintain employee records and HR databases.

Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.

Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.

Draft HR policies and SOPs suitable for both creative and factory environments.



4. Performance Management & Training


Support the performance evaluation process.

Identify training needs across departments and coordinate internal/external workshops.

Maintain HR metrics and prepare monthly reports for management review.




Qualifications & Skills:


Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–5 years of HR experience (preferably in fashion, retail, or creative industries).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, design-driven culture.




Salary Range:


Junior HR Executive (1–2 years experience): ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

HR Executive / Assistant Manager (3–5 years): ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month
