We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing HR functions for a medium-to-large workforce, with excellent knowledge of statutory compliance and a high level of computer proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations and policies
• Manage recruitment, on boarding, employee relations, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with ESI, PF, IF and other statutory requirements
• Maintain HRIS and generate reports for management
• Drive employee engagement and organizational culture

• Maintain HRIS (Human Resource Information System):

Ensure accurate and up-to-date entry of employee data including personal details, employment records, and statutory information

Regularly update HRIS databases with new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and salary changes.

Generate reports from the HRIS for management, payroll, compliance audits, and workforce planning.

Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with IT or vendors for resolution.

Maintain data integrity and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resource Management
• In-depth knowledge of ESI, PF, IF, labour laws, and statutory compliance
• Strong command of HR software, Excel, and MS Office
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
