Human Resource Executive/Manager

As a Human Resource Executive/Manager at our company in Coimbatore, you will play a crucial role in managing HR functions for our medium-to-large workforce. With a minimum of 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations and policies, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as ESI, PF, and IF will be a key aspect of your role, along with maintaining the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for accurate employee data entry and generating reports for management.
