Human Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Statutory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with labor laws such as:
• Provident Fund (PF)
• Employees State Insurance (ESI)
• Professional Tax (PT)
• Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)
• Shops and Establishment Act
• Minimum Wages Act
• Payment of Bonus Act
• Gratuity Act, etc.
  
• Maintain all statutory records and registers as per applicable laws.
• Timely filing and payment of statutory dues (PF, ESI, PT, etc.).
• Handle inspections and audits from labor authorities.
• Liaise with external consultants and government departments for statutory matters.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to management.
  

Payroll Management:

• Manage end-to-end payroll process: attendance, salary processing, deductions, reimbursements.
• Ensure payroll compliance with tax regulations (TDS, Form 16, etc.).
• Manage payroll software/tools and coordinate with finance for salary disbursements.
• Handle queries related to salary, deductions, and taxation.
• Prepare MIS reports related to payroll and statutory deductions.
  

Documentation & Audit:

• Maintain up-to-date employee records in line with statutory requirements.
• Support internal and external HR audits.
• Prepare and present compliance reports, dashboards, and audit data.
  

Policy & Process Implementation:

• Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with local laws.
• Train employees and managers on compliance topics when required.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HR statutory compliance and payroll.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., CrystalHR, ADP, Keka, Zoho Payroll, etc.).
  
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
