Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers. Performing in-person and telephonic interviews with candidates. Maintaining relationships with consultants to ensure staffing goals are achieved. Efficiently close Corporate and Club Level Hiring within defined TAT. Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates. Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices. Performing reference and background checks. Raining Attendance. Other HR Operations and office administration work.
