Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential new clients and selling renewals/upgrades to current gym members along with other income(WLP, Corporate sales, PT training, Nutrition Program) Responsible for having complete Product, Pricing and Promotion knowledge for the Gym membership sales.

Responsible for maintaining Fitness Consultant planner using established sales systems.

Responsible for Referral Program, Up selling, and cross selling.

Responsible for entering all details of customers, walks ins, customer enquiry etc in the GDM Software.

Responsible for making courtesy calls to all new members to maintain relationships and ensure the members are regular in using the gym.

Welcomevisitors and members to the club, answer phones and assist the front desk with various administrative tasks

Prospectleads by doing a variety of actions, such as calling, texting, or emailing potential members, and chatting with them at local events or during studio walk-ins

Maintainlong-term clientele and grow the clubs membership base through sales, new member onboarding, and excellent customer service Manageandorganizemarketing efforts both within and outside of the club

Handle members' issues professionally and objectively, to resolve them through exceptional customer service Desired Candidate Profile: Should be presentable.
