Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and professional Senior Recruitment Executive to join our HR team with a specialized focus on hiring for Supply Chain and Logistics positions. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and a high level of professionalism to effectively represent the organization and engage top talent.
Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Source, identify, and screen relevant candidates through Naukri Portal, LinkedIn networking, referrals, campus hiring, and job postings Conduct initial screening interviews (virtual or face-to-face) to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Line up shortlisted candidates for further interview rounds with departmental heads. Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with the Head of Department (Supply Chain & Logistics) to understand upcoming hiring needs, role requirements, and job specifications. Build and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers and departmental leads. Job Description Management: Draft and update job descriptions in collaboration with department heads. Ensure JDs are clear, concise, and aligned with company goals and role expectations. Recruitment Strategy & Reporting: Maintain recruitment databases and regularly update the hiring status for open positions. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on recruitment metrics and present insights to HR leadership. Professional Representation: Represent the organization professionally during candidate interactions and external events (e.g., campus drives, job fairs). Maintain high standards of *communication and interpersonal conduct* in all internal and external engagements.
Candidate Requirements: Educational Background:* MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
Experience:* Minimum of 2–3 years in recruitment, preferably with exposure to Supply Chain and Logistics hiring. Skills & Competencies: Strong sourcing and networking skills across multiple platforms. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities. Professional demeanor with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and senior leadership. Strong drafting and documentation skills.
