Job Description

About Role: The Business Officer will play a key role in expanding TrucksUp’s network by onboarding brokers and truck suppliers on the TrucksUp app. The role involves extensive fieldwork, direct interaction with stakeholders, and driving adoption of our value-added services including FASTag, fuel cards, insurance, and finance solutions. Education Qualification Required : 12th pass or above. Cost to Company : Rs. 19,000/- per month. Location : PAN India. Key Responsibilities: · Actively visit transport hubs, truck stands, and logistics markets to onboard brokers and truck suppliers on the TrucksUp app. · Demonstrate and educate users about app features, registration process, and usage benefits. · Promote and sell value-added services (VAS) such as FASTag, fuel cards, insurance, and financial products. · Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers/brokers to drive engagement and retention. · Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding and sales targets are achieved as per management expectations. · Gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information to help improve TrucksUp’s offerings. · Provide regular field activity reports and updates to reporting managers. · Ensure professional conduct and company representation during all customer interactions.
