Job Role: We are hiring a Tele Associate to handle customer calls and support field operations. The role involves connecting with transporters and customers, explaining TruckSup App services, and maintaining daily updates. Responsibilities: Make and receive calls to customers and transporters. Share information about TruckSup services and app usage. Follow up on leads and update daily call tracker. Coordinate with ABMs and Field Officers for updates. Maintain proper call and activity records. Requirements: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate. Good communication in English and regional languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu preferred).
