Zircon International is a growing multi-division organisation with operations across the GCC, specialising in trading, distribution, and retail solutions. The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting end-to-end recruitment, employee coordination across GCC branches, and day-to-day administrative functions. Experience required - 2 to 3 years Location - Kochi, Vytila (Near Ponnurunni Temple) Gender Preference - Female* Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and joining. Post job openings and source candidates via recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant portals. Coordinate interviews with department heads/BM/CEO and provide timely feedback. Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts with the coordination of GCC branch managers. Maintain an updated candidate and employee database. Support visa processing, renewals, and employee documentation in coordination with GCC branches. Insurance management: track policies, coordinate renewals, and follow up with the concerned persons. Experience: Experience with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed , or similar. Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes. Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills . Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR databases. Highly organised, detail-orientated, and able to manage multiple tasks. Qualification: Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, and administrative roles.
