Human Resource Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic HR professional who will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, including end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement activities, and leave management. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Selection

• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Handle offer letters and pre-joining formalities.

2. Onboarding & Induction

• Coordinate the joining process and documentation for new hires.
• Conduct induction sessions and ensure smooth integration into the organization.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data.

3. Employee Engagement

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities to build a positive work culture.
• Conduct feedback surveys and suggest initiatives for improving employee satisfaction.
• Assist in organizing team-building activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.

4. Leave & Attendance Management

• Manage employee attendance, leave applications, and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with company leave policies.
• Maintain accurate reports for payroll processing.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR functions (fresher with internship experience can also apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hinjewadi, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
