Job Description: We at SMART are looking to employ an HR Recruiter with the ability to develop effective recruitment strategies that align with the organization’s objectives. The recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end hiring activities, from identifying staffing needs to sourcing and onboarding suitable candidates. The role involves collaboration with internal stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. HR Recruiter Responsibilities: Filling positions within the organization across departments Designing and implementing efficient recruitment systems Developing and maintaining a network of potential candidates Handling administrative tasks and meticulous record-keeping Collaborating with departments to define recruitment needs Drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms Screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates Preparing job offers and onboarding selected candidates Networking with institutions and promoting vacancies through social media Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Word and Excel Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Proactive networking and candidate sourcing skills Important: Must own a laptop Should be open to travel if required
