Job Description: We at SMART are looking to employ a Trainer Recruiter who will manage the end-to-end process of identifying, evaluating, and onboarding freelance trainers for our diverse training projects. The role requires effective coordination with trainers, internal stakeholders, and quality teams to ensure that the right trainers are deployed for the right projects. Trainer Recruiter Responsibilities: Maintaining and expanding the freelance trainer database across domains (Aptitude, Soft Skills, Programming, Technical, etc.). Contacting trainers based on upcoming project dates and checking their availability. Explaining project details, scope of work, and commercials to trainers. Collecting updated resumes and forwarding them for internal quality evaluation. Coordinating with the quality team and confirming trainer selection. Booking and finalizing trainers for specific projects after approval. Maintaining and updating trainer booking sheets, availability trackers, and project allocation records. Building strong professional relationships with trainers for long-term collaboration. Acting as a point of contact between trainers and the company for queries and clarifications. Supporting the HR and Operations team in trainer onboarding and documentation. Skills Required: Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal & written). Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining booking records. Excellent coordination and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple trainer requirements and timelines simultaneously. Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities. Networking ability to engage and retain freelance trainers. Important: Must own a laptop. Should be available for travel if trainer/project coordination requires.
