Position: Recruitment Executive

Experience: 2 – 5 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate with MBA in HR (Preferred) or equivalent experience

Location: Nagpur (Maharashtra)

Joining: Immediate joiners will be given preference

Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in Infrastructure/Construction industry will be preferred

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and strong familiarity with job portals and social media hiring platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.

Source profiles through job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Shine, etc.

Post job advertisements on various platforms and manage responses.

Use LinkedIn and other social media platforms for talent acquisition and employer branding.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain a database of candidates and update recruitment trackers regularly.

Understand manpower requirements and collaborate with department heads for suitable hiring.

Assist in onboarding formalities when required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Tech savvy with the ability to use recruitment tools, MS Office, and HR software.

Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and social media hiring.

Good understanding of recruitment trends and sourcing techniques.

Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.

Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in Infrastructure / Road Construction industry recruitment.

Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
