Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Generalist to support our HR operations and employee lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will assist in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Support payroll and benefits administration Assist in organizing employee engagement and wellness activities Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws Handle employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and benefits Support performance review and appraisal processes Assist in drafting HR communications, letters, and notices Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related activities Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR support role will be add on advantage. Basic understanding of HR policies and labor laws Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow Preferred:
Experience with HR software or tools (e.g., Zoho People, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR) Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
