Job Description

1. Exit Process Management

• Analyse exit data to identify trends, reasons for attrition, and areas for retention

improvement.

• Prepare monthly exit analytics and share insights with management for proactive

interventions.

2. Feedback & Engagement Management

• Conduct periodic employee feedback surveys, one-on-one discussions, and pulse

checks.

• Might have to travel if needed in future and as per the business requirement.

• Collate and analyze feedback data to identify the problem areas and areas for

improvement.

3. Performance Management System (PMS)

• Setting KRA/KPIs for all the departments.

• Coordinate the PMS cycle including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews.

• Ensure timely communication, follow-ups, and completion of PMS across

departments.

• Assist in calibration discussions and link performance ratings with rewards and

recognition outcomes.

• Support management in reviewing and improving PMS policies and frameworks.

4. Rewards & Recognition (R&R) Program

• Drive the monthly and quarterly R&R programs across departments.

• Manage nomination processes, coordinate with leadership, and ensure timely award

distributions.

• Maintain R&R data and communication for transparency and consistency.

• Continuously enhance the program to increase participation and engagement.

5. Disciplinary and Behavioural Case Management

Handle employee misconduct, policy violations, and behavioural issues in coordination with

reporting managers.

Conduct preliminary investigations, issue warnings or show-cause notices, and ensure fair

disciplinary proceedings.

Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality throughout the process.

6. Background Verification (BGV) Case Handling

Manage and investigate red cases or discrepancies identified during BGV

Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance

requirements

Key Skills & Competencies:

• HR Expertise: Exit management, employee feedback & engagement, PMS, R&R

programs, disciplinary case handling, BGV discrepancy management.

• Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Data-driven insights, problem-solving, process

improvement, linking performance to recognition.

• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Effective verbal/written communication,

stakeholder management, conflict resolution, employee relations.

• Organizational Skills: Attention to detail, time management, prioritization,

confidentiality, compliance adherence.

• Technological Proficiency: HRIS/PMS tools, MS Office, reporting, and analytics.

• Behavioural Competencies: Ethical decision-making, reliability, proactiveness,

adaptability, initiative, fairness, and integrity.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: PGDM / MBA in Human Resources

• Experience: 24 years of experience in core HR functions including PMS, R&R, or Exit

management
