Human Resource Executive

Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and physical files
• Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documentation
• Handle employee queries and grievances in a professional manner
• Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance and leave data
• Coordinate training sessions and performance appraisal processes
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
• Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities
• Prepare HR reports and maintain dashboards as required.
• Support organisation’s business development needs.

Key Skills:

• Good understanding of HR processes and labour laws
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in an HR role (experience in logistics/freight forwarding industry is a plus)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: 20 to 25k

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
