About the Role

We are hiring skilled and experienced Recruiters and Lead Recruiters across multiple locations. The ideal candidate must have strong hiring expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, networking
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with selected candidates
• Manage candidate pipeline and ensure smooth onboarding
• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily MIS
• Build strong stakeholder relationships
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Hands-on experience in bulk hiring / corporate hiring / technical or non-technical hiring
• Strong understanding of sourcing channels and hiring tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and high hiring volumes
• Leadership experience required for Lead-Level roles (Ahmedabad)
