🌟 We’re Hiring: Human Resources Executive 🌟

Location: Connaught Place, Delhi (On-site)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10.30am to 6.30pm 

At Closer, we work with some of the most exciting brands in the Skincare, Wellness & Fitness space through Influencer Marketing, UGC Ads, and tech-led solutions. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a proactive HR Executive who is passionate about content to support our people, culture, and hiring initiatives.

About the Role

As an HR Executive at Closer, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations while working closely with leadership on hiring, onboarding, and employee experience. This is a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support end-to-end hiring for creative, marketing & operations roles

• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication

• Manage onboarding, documentation & HR records

• Assist in employee engagement, culture initiatives & internal communication

• Support attendance, leave tracking & basic HR operations

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries

What We’re Looking For

• 0–1 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition

• Strong communication & organisational skills

• Interest in working with creative & marketing teams

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-growing setup

• Basic knowledge of HR processes & hiring workflows
