As a Video Editor, you’ll craft engaging edits for UGC ads and influencer-led campaigns that don’t just look good — they perform. From raw creator content to polished ad-ready videos, your edits will play a key role in shaping campaigns that drive conversions.

• Edit UGC & influencer videos into high-performing ads for brands
• Create multiple ad variations optimized for Instagram
• Collaborate with the creative & servicing teams to understand brand objectives
• Add Graphics, stocks, text overlays, transitions, and effects to boost storytelling & engagement
• Repurpose influencer content into campaign-ready formats (ads, reels, shorts, etc.)
• Stay on top of content & editing trends in the influencer/UGC space

• 1–2 years of experience in video editing (Premiere Pro/Final Cut/After Effects)
• Strong understanding of short-form video content & social-first storytelling
• Ability to adapt editing style across different brands & categories
• Creative eye for pacing, transitions, and attention-grabbing hooks
• Proactive, deadline-driven, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment
