At Closer, we help top brands in Skincare, Wellness & Fitness grow through content and technology. We’re now expanding into Shopify App Development — and we’re looking for a talented Software Engineer (React JS) to help us build and maintain cutting-edge web and Shopify apps.

Experience: 1–2 years (Internship opportunities also available for the right candidate)

About the Role

As a Software Engineer at Closer, you’ll play a key role in building scalable, high-performance applications that support our marketing and e-commerce ecosystem. You’ll work on Shopify apps, internal tools, and web applications that enhance how brands and creators collaborate.

What You’ll Do

💻 Develop and maintain Shopify apps and web applications using React JS, Firebase, and AWS

⚙️ Collaborate with design & product teams to create smooth, intuitive user experiences

☁️ Integrate APIs, databases, and cloud functions to expand functionality

🚀 Ensure app performance, reliability, and security across platforms

🧩 Continuously optimize code and workflows for scalability

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience as a Frontend / Full Stack Developer (Interns welcome)
• Strong proficiency in React JS (Hooks, Context API, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Functions) and/or AWS
• Interest or experience with Shopify APIs or Shopify App Development
• Good understanding of APIs, version control (Git), and front-end best practices
• Creative problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
