Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
● Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
● Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce requirements.Employee Engagement & Relations
● Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
● Address employee grievances, maintain healthy relations, and ensure conflict resolution.
HR Operations & Compliance
● Oversee HR operations including payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and employee databasemanagement.
● Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
Performance Management
● Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems (KRA/KPI-based).
● Work with managers to identify training needs and plan L&D interventions.Policy & Process Management
● Draft, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and HR best practices.
● Support change management and organizational development initiatives.Reporting & MIS
● Prepare HR dashboards, attrition analysis, and monthly MIS reports for management review
Key Skills & Competencies:
● Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
● Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS tools and MS Office.
● Ability to balance strategic HR planning with hands-on executio
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
