Requirements

MBA in
HR / HR & Marketing
(preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and
PowerPoint
.
High learning agility, problem-solving ability, and passion for HR.
Prior HR experience preferred for Executive, Generalist & Manager roles.

Roles & Responsibilities

Support end-to-end
HR operations
including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Assist in drafting HR letters, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance.
Contribute to
employee engagement initiatives
and training programs.
Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and hiring manager interactions.
Prepare reports, presentations, and support HR projects & strategies.
