Human Resource Executive

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  
• Conduct structured onboarding, induction, and role-specific training for new hires.
  
• Implement and manage Performance Management Systems (PMS), appraisal cycles, and continuous feedback practices.
  
• Drive employee engagement initiatives such as pulse surveys, recognition programs, and monthly connects.
  
• Support organizational development, culture building, and change management activities.
  
• Handle payroll processing, attendance systems, and benefits administration.
  
• Draft, update, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
  
• Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and support retention strategies through stay and exit interviews.
  
• Develop career path frameworks and succession planning tools.
  
• Maintain HR dashboards and reports on headcount, attrition, and productivity.
  
• Support cross-functional teams (sales, operations) through effective HR coordination and communication.
  
• Champion HRIS adoption and data-driven decision-making.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 2–4 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
  
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and labor laws.
  
• Hands-on experience with ATS, HRIS, and payroll systems.
  
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
