Perform machine troubleshooting and resolve any issues during production to minimize downtime. Carry out regular maintenance and ensure that machines are running efficiently and safely. Ensure the finished products meet the required specifications and quality standards. Set up the machine, adjust settings, and select tools for various types of bending tasks. Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments for accurate and efficient operation. Maintain records of machine usage, maintenance activities, and any operational issues. Follow all safety guidelines and industry protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Required Skills: Experience in operating Press Brake Machines , particularly in the sheet metal industry . Strong technical knowledge of the machine, including setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Preferably from industries such as Automotive , Sheet Metal , or BIU . Attention to detail, precision, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet production deadlines.

The HR Executive is responsible for managing and supporting all aspects of human resources within the Tool & Die manufacturing environment. This includes recruitment, employee relations, training, compliance, and workforce management to ensure smooth operations and alignment with organizational goals. The role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing workforce dynamics and labor compliance. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for shop-floor, technical, and staff positions (tool makers, tryout personnel, engineers, etc.). Coordinate onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new employees. Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll data accurately. Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures in line with labor laws. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, labor laws, factory regulations, etc.). Develop and implement HR policies and procedures specific to manufacturing needs. Coordinate training and skill development programs for technical and non-technical staff. Monitor workforce productivity, absenteeism, and attrition; suggest corrective actions. Support management in manpower planning and succession planning. Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive work culture aligned with company values. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred). 24 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments. Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and factory act regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing workforce relations. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/payroll software. Problem-solving ability and a hands-on approach to resolving workforce issues . Education & Experience: Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration. Prior HR experience in a Tool & Die, automotive, or precision manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
