Job Description

- Location:

- Position: HR Executive

- Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles.
Coordinate job postings, screening, shortlisting, interviews, and final selections.
Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely closure of positions.

2. Employee Onboarding & Induction

Conduct joining formalities, documentation, and induction sessions.
Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires across all branches.
Maintain employee records and HRMS updates.

3. Employee Engagement

Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal communication.
Conduct feedback sessions and support employee welfare initiatives.

4. Talent Management

Assist in performance appraisal cycles and talent development programs.
Track employee progress, KPI documentation, and career development support.

5. HR Policies & Compliance

Ensure adherence to company HR policies, code of conduct, and disciplinary procedures.
Support creation, review, and implementation of HR policies.
Assist in statutory compliance documentation as required.

6. General HR Operations

Manage attendance, leave records, and coordinate with payroll.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare HR reports, MIS updates, and maintain accurate HR documentation.

- Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience
in HR functions.
Experience in
infrastructure consultancy, construction firms, EPC companies, or engineering domains
is preferred.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HRMS, recruitment tools, and MS Office.
Bachelors degree required;
MBA/PGDM in HR
preferred.
